Our products are custom made for each order therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Shipping/processing Policy
All shipping prices will be calculated by the USPS. Parcel Post or Priority mail is available. Buyer may purchase insurance if desired through the postal service. Please allow 3-5 days processing time for each order. Please notify seller if you have a deadline you are trying to meet. Seller will make every effort possible to work with you. Seller will email buyer when order is shipped.
